VIST OF DR. YASMIN QASIM TO SABA HOMES HEADQUARTERS OFFICE PAKISTAN

Dr. Yasmin Qasim, one of the greatest well wishers,  poineers and Board Members of Saba Homes, living in America,   during her visit to Pakistan very kindly visited Saba Homes Headquarters office in Gulrez 2, Rawalpindi – Pakistan on 4^th January, 2018 in spite of her very tight schedule and lauded the outstanding arrangements for Orphan Girls (we call them Daughters) that Saba Homes have made for them in a state of the art Home in the First Flush Building over an area of 65,893 sq.ft. including other related 3 buildings and exclusive of Saba School of Excellence building funded by USAID Pakistan for which the land worth US$ 300,000 has been donated by the Trust Chairman Mr. Saghir Ahmed Aslam.  Saba Homes presently supports orphan girls (daughters) between the ages of 10 to 21 years, a Trust unique institution of its kind in the world. These girls are being provided the best educational facilities in the famous education institutions like Army Public School and their present Annual cost comes to around US$ 180,000 being borne by SABA Homes in spite of its meager financial resources. This amount is being spent on their accommodation, food, education, health care and other extra curricular activities.

Dr. Yasim’s past efforts in all aspects, particularly, her fund raising campaign for the welfare of Saba Homes humanitarian projects, her ideas and suggestions contributed immensely and we were always encouraged by her valuable feedback. It is good to have a minute, sincere, devoted and sober personality like Dr. Yasmin as part of the team on our board. Her visit to Saba Homes Pakistan was a compliment to every one in our office.
